An HR Manager from Hyderabad, I am passionate about dancing, singing, writing, swimming and sports. I learnt various forms of dance like Semi classical, Western Bollywood, Salsa, Jazz and Contemporary.
I also sing bhajans, gazal; old, soft and Sufi songs. As expressions of emotions attract me,  I  write and express things which I observe in my surrounding. I love to write poems, narrate them too. Spirituality is the thing which brings me up with all the good things I have and helps is coming over the bad ones.

“Only a Life lived for others is a Life Worthwhile”.
This is what I mean truly and working on it too. I am Jagrati Khandelwal from Nimbahera, Rajasthan, a town near to the city Chittorgarh (Rajasthan,l, place of a great warrior Maharana Pratap, famous for his battle of Haldighati and for his loyal warhorse Chetak.
By profession I am HR Manager of a well known firm in Indore (M.P.). I had done MBA in 2015 in HR and Finance.
Apart from academics, I am having keen interest in dancing, singing, writing, swimming and sports. I learnt various forms of dance like Semi classical, Western Bollywood, Salsa, Jazz and Contemporary. Participated in various dance programs, flash mobs on the occasion of Dance Day/Independence day to spread messages of Celebrating Life in various ways or to give a feeling of patriotism. Also got the chance to learn Kathak from the Padmvibhushan Shri Birju Maharaj ji and performed two stage performances, Kathak and Ghoomar (Rajasthani folk dance) at worlds largest stage of WCF,2015 in presence of 35 lakhs audience.
I also sing bhajans, gazal; old, soft and Sufi songs. As expressions of emotions (sad, happy, anger, etc) always attract me, so I use to write and express things which I observe in my surrounding. I love to write poems, narrate them too.
Dance is my passion which I can feel in my soul and is my life too. I too believe in spirituality and hence I use to read books written by Spiritual leader, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Vivekananda ji. Spirituality is the thing which brings me up with all the good I have and helps is coming over the bad ones.

With an MBA from Govindram Sekseriya Institute of Management and Research, Indore, I have two years of work experience.
Presently I am working as HR Manager and EA ScriptBees IT Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. As Manager in this company I am playing a multi-tasking role. I am looking after for recruitments PAN India, training and Development, employee retention and engagement, revaluation, appraisal work, etc. Also I play a strategic managerial role in the areas such as policy making, arranging various meetings, tours, observing the work of various departments, their efficiency, finding and fixing the loopholes, planning and implementation, checking the expenses, record keeping and consistent Monitoring and Administration, arranging exhibitions at International level. Also, I value teamwork, honesty and good personal relations. I respect diversity of characteristics, ideas and preferences in the workplace.
