    One act that makes my mind at peace and I experience space element in mind is : several times through out the day , I stop and take my attention towards my breath , just for 15 sec. This act is amazing and it’s good way to train monkey mind to come to the present moment from the ocean of thoughts to reality as you are alive and which nostril is working………..It’s a amazing exercise 🙂 Try it …and let me know your experiences about this act.
